Resignation Of Company Secretary

The Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Straco Corporation Limited ("the Company") wishes to announce that Ms Lathika Devi Amma d/o K R Pillay has resigned as Company Secretary with effect from 29 June 2007.

The Board wishes to thank Ms Lathika for her past services to the Company.
